Free Online Presentation Provides Information on Electric Mobility in Everyday Life

Electric mobility has long since become part of everyday life. More and more people are choosing to buy an electric car or are considering whether switching to one is a viable option for them. But how practical are electric vehicles for everyday use today? What ranges are realistic? And what options are available for turning your own home into a charging station? Answers to these and other questions will be provided in the free online presentation “Electric Mobility in Everyday Life—Making the Switch Easy” on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to approximately 7:00 p.m.

Concise Information on Current Funding Opportunities

Maik Hanken from the National Charging Infrastructure Coordination Center will provide participants with a practical overview of how they can use electric vehicles in their daily lives. The focus will be on, among other things, various charging options for private use, as well as solutions for apartment buildings and homeowners’ associations. In addition, the presentation will provide a concise overview of current funding opportunities for electric vehicles and charging infrastructure.

The speaker will be available for individual questions after the presentation

The presentation is aimed at anyone interested in learning more about electric mobility and gaining a solid basis for making an informed decision about a potential switch. Afterward, there will be an opportunity to ask individual questions directly to the speaker, Maik Hanken.
