Customers who have an appointment at the Vaihingen branch office today, Wednesday, or whose matters are to be handled there are asked to visit the branch office in Besigheim, located at Kronenstraße 1. This applies to both vehicle registration and driver’s license matters.
To help alleviate the strain on the Besigheim branch in light of the expected increase in customer volume, customers are asked to use the other locations on Thursday as well. In addition to Besigheim, vehicle registration matters can also be handled in Gerlingen and Ludwigsburg, while driver’s license matters can be handled in Besigheim and Ludwigsburg.
Longer wait times possible
Due to the exceptional circumstances and the resulting increase in customer volume, longer wait times are to be expected in all areas.
The Ludwigsburg District Office will provide information regarding the resumption of operations in Vaihingen.
The Ludwigsburg District Office asks for your understanding regarding the short-notice closure and the resulting inconvenience.
