E-government coordinator reports on results from the first year
Axel Waltner, e-Government Coordinator, reported on the results and findings from the first year. "95 per cent of the knowledge required to digitize the administration can be found in the district - that's why networking has become such a central part of my job," he says. All administrative staff in the area of digitalization are highly motivated and make the most of the available resources.
Dr. Michael Zügel, Head of Division at the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of the Interior, Digitalization and Local Authorities, also exchanged views with those present on topics such as Service BW, where participants were able to ask their urgent questions. Among other things, it was reaffirmed that Service BW should remain a platform for citizen services.

Afterwards, the participants had the opportunity to exchange ideas and discuss various topics in the four network lounges.
"The immediate feedback from the participants was fantastic. The meeting should take place again next year in the same way," says Waltner.
