Transparent production in September: getting in the mood for fall

With the pumpkin festival on September 15 at the Eisenmann fruit farm in Marbach-Rielingshausen, the Gläserne Produktion in the district of Ludwigsburg and the city of Stuttgart is getting into the mood for fall.

Sunday, September 15, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., Obsthof Eisenmann, Hauptstraße 11-15, in Marbach-Rielingshausen:

Autumn is in the starting blocks and at this time of year, the popular pumpkin is a must. At the Pumpkin Festival, the glowing vegetable takes center stage and is offered as a culinary delight in a wide variety of preparations. Over 600 pumpkin varieties are presented at the fruit farm. The youngest visitors can look forward to a colorful children's program, including a straw bouncy castle and the opportunity to carve pumpkins. Obsthof Eisenmann grows fruit and vegetables, including apples, pears, strawberries and asparagus, on an area of around 65 hectares. The produce is marketed in the farm's own farm store and at sales stands.

Important note: Unfortunately, the transparent production at the SIGGI winery in Hessigheim, originally planned for September 22, 2019, has to be canceled.
