Saturday, 08.06.2024, 17:00 to 24:00, and Sunday, 09.06.2024, 10:00 to 18:00: Lamb meets wine - Lämmerschoppen in Sachsenheim-Ochsenbach
Open sheepfold, information about sheep farming, wine knowledge and more - the farms Kirbachtal-Lamm, Jule Mayr Weine and Schülke's Hof are looking forward to welcoming guests who want to learn more about the origins of meat and wine. The event starts at 17:00 on Saturday, with the live band "Melting X" providing entertainment from 20:00. Culinary delicacies from Landgasthof Stromberg and Schülke's Hof invite you to enjoy.
An ecumenical church service will take place on Sunday at 10:30 am. Afterwards, the Glass Production will be opened by the wine princess Jule Mayr and lamb queen Anja Schmid. With information, tastings and covered wagon rides on the topics of sheep and wine, the businesses will be looking to interact with visitors. The supporting program also includes entertainment with the Ochsenbach Music Society, a variety of dishes, wines and wine cocktails as well as fun for the whole family.

Wednesday, 12.06.2024: Informative walk through the crops of Escher's farm, starting at 17:00
The Escher family has been running their farm in Remseck-Aldingen for five generations; potatoes are the family's passion, other crops include winter wheat, winter rapeseed, sugar beet, as well as fruit and vegetables. The farm store was opened 25 years ago and since then has continued to expand and extend its range - reason enough to celebrate with customers this year and show what happens in the fields and on the farm as part of the transparent production.
The first event is a walk through the crops, peppered with many insights into field management, with explanations of environmental and nature conservation measures and an invitation to a lively exchange. At the end of the event, a snack will be offered for a small contribution towards expenses. If you are interested, please register by Saturday, 08.06.2024.

Saturday, 15.06.2024: Guided tour of the bakery at Bäckerei Konditorei Lutz GmbH & Co KG, 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm
The Konditorei Lutz bakery in Ludwigsburg-Oßweil has been around since 1964 and is celebrating its 60th anniversary this year. Customers know and appreciate the traditional recipes of the family business as well as the innovative ideas in the product range and in the sales outlets. To mark the anniversary, the bakery is opening its bakery for two guided tours, where customers can get a taste, watch and try their hand at baking. The first tour will take place in June. Bread sommelier Florian Lutz will guide visitors through the bakery and provide insights into everyday life at the family bakery.
