Transparent production: Organic farm Schäfer invites you to a farm festival

It didn't look like a happy ending for a long time, but thanks to the commitment of the young Schäfer couple, the former Willmann farm in Ingersheim can continue to operate. After just over a year of operation, the farm is hosting its first farm festival and presenting itself and its products as part of the Transparent Production. The farm festival welcomes visitors on Saturday, May 17, 2025, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and on Sunday, May 18, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

A greenhouse interior filled with rows of vibrant green and red lettuce plants. The plants are organized in neat rows, showcasing healthy growth. The structure features a transparent roof that allows natural light to enter, enhancing the growth environment for the plants.
