Asylum services and asylum accommodation business units relocate

The business units Asylum Services and Asylum Accommodation as well as the management of the Asylum and Migration Department are moving. From Monday, November 29 up to and including Wednesday, December 1, it will therefore not be possible to make personal appointments there. During this time, staff will only be available by telephone and email to a limited extent.

In addition, there may be delays in mail delivery during the move. For urgent matters during this time, please send an e-mail to the following e-mail address: asylbewerber[at]landkreis-ludwigsburg.de. The two business units Social Services Asylum are not affected by the move.

From Thursday, December 2, the entire Asylum and Migration Department will no longer be located in the Ludwigsburg District Office building, but at the following address:

After the move, personal consultations will only be possible by appointment as usual. As before, appointments can be made with the Asylum Services Department by telephone on 07141 144-2320 or by e-mail to asylbewerber[at]landkreis-ludwigsburg.de.
