Numerous job profiles from a wide range of sectors are presented at the training fair. Whether IT specialist, salesperson, mechatronics technician or nurse - there is guaranteed to be something suitable for every participant. Young people can talk directly to employers in a relaxed atmosphere and find out about training opportunities in the district. Participants are advised to bring application documents with them, which they can present directly to a potential employer if necessary. This is because each of the exhibiting companies still has vacancies for apprenticeships this year.
The district office and the district's vocational schools will also be present at the fair: at 1 p.m., the education office of the Ludwigsburg district office will provide information about the "Wegweiser Beruf" (career guide). At 2 p.m., the Mathilde-Planck-Schule will present the profession of educator, and at 3 p.m., the Oscar-Walker-Schule will provide information on training as a hairdresser. At 3.30 p.m., the Carl Schaefer School will present its training opportunities. The Jobcenter will be offering training advice and an application check, where those looking for training can have their application documents professionally checked.
This year is the first time that the district job center has held a training fair in this format. Previously, there was an annual applicant day at the Ludwigsburg district office. The idea behind the title "Plan A" is that young people can find out about their options after leaving school at an early stage and make a plan for their future.
