After losing their absolute majority in parliament, it will be difficult for the "Macronists" to continue governing despite winning the presidential election. France is in danger of drifting apart politically and the populists have gained more votes. The situation in the important neighboring country and the effects on the EU will be the subject of the European event on Tuesday, June 28, 7 p.m. in the large conference room of the district administration office, Hindenburgstraße 40, in Ludwigsburg.
Dr. Frank Baasner, Director of the Franco-German Institute Ludwigsburg and Catherine Veber, French Consul General in Stuttgart, will discuss the effects of the French elections with the citizens, who are cordially invited to the European event in the district hall. The panel discussion will be moderated by journalist Karin Götz.
