The focus will be on presentations and information stands about returning to work, ways of reconciling family and career as well as regional support and advice services. The event is particularly aimed at women who would like to return to work after family leave.
In addition to the information stands, a varied program of talks will provide information and new ideas. Topics include "Recognizing strengths - shaping the future", "What do women earn?" and "Returning to work after the family phase". Questions of qualification and professional reorientation are also in focus - for example with lectures such as "Part-time training" and "Entry into the teaching professions".
Accompanying children's activities ensure a relaxed participation and make the day varied for younger guests too. Parents can get information while the children play. "With the Family Day, we want to promote dialogue, offer practical information and encourage people to take new career paths - tailored to the needs of families," emphasize the organizers from the Employment Agency and the Job Centre.
Participation is free of charge and registration is not required.
