Detour during the first construction phase remains the same as during the K 1671 expansion
During the first construction phase, which is expected to last until October 7, traffic on the L 1110 coming from Tamm in the direction of Carl-Benz-Straße or the B 27 will also be interrupted. However, traffic can continue to use the L 1110 at the Böhringen junction in the direction of Bissingen without restriction. Carl-Benz-Straße will also remain a dead end from the junction at Bahnhofstraße in Bietigheim to the K 1671.
The supra-local detour during the first construction phase will remain the same as during the three-lane expansion of the K 1671 in the summer. During this period, the Laiern IV industrial estate can only be reached from the B27 via the upgraded section of the K 1671.
Second construction phase expected to last until the end of October - construction time reduced to five weeks
After October 7, the four continuous lanes in the direction of the Grot Tunnel will also be repaired at the Böhringen junction itself. After that, the entire asphalt carriageway between the junction of the K 1671 from the B 27 at the Porschehochhaus and the Grot Tunnel will be continuously repaired or upgraded. The work in this second construction phase should be completed by the end of October. The construction time for this road surface renewal work has been reduced to five weeks in close cooperation with the construction company.
Cyclists will be able to use the link from Bietigheim to Tamm via Fißlerhof without restriction during the entire construction period.
District provides 0.5 million euros for construction work
The district has allocated around 0.5 million euros from the district road construction program for the construction work.
The district administration office asks all road users for their understanding for possible obstructions, especially in the detour area.
