How can industrial estates be developed sustainably? How can citizen participation be optimized? What construction requirements does the still young hydrogen economy have? A delegation from the district, consisting of District Administrator Dietmar Allgaier, Mayor of Bietigheim-Bissingen Jürgen Kessing and other mayors from the district, Board Member of Kreissparkasse Ludwigsburg Thomas Raab and District Economic Development Manager Oliver Reichert, will be looking for answers to these and many other questions during their visit to ExpoReal. As part of their tour, the delegation will visit selected exhibition stands to find out about current trends in commercial investment projects and sustainable construction.
At the same time, the district of Ludwigsburg will be participating for the first time in a long time as a partner at the joint stand of the Stuttgart region at Expo Real. "It is our declared aim to make the district of Ludwigsburg better known and more visible as a location for potential investors at ExpoReal," explains District Administrator Dietmar Allgaier. In times of economic transformation, new technologies for energy generation and storage, electromobility and environmental technologies are coming to the fore. For the future viability of the district, it is important to be known to investors from these high-tech sectors.
The joint stand of Region Stuttgart GmbH has been organized by the Stuttgart Region Economic Development Corporation for over 20 years. Districts, cities and private partners from the region's real estate sector use this opportunity to publicize their projects and locations. Expo Real in Munich is Europe's largest trade fair for real estate and investment.
