Thanks to numerous aids: Funds for those affected are increased

Reason for joy for those affected by heavy rain and flooding in the district of Ludwigsburg: Due to the overwhelming amount of donations, which has now reached more than 200,000 euros, the amount of aid for private households, associations and institutions in the district affected by the floods has been increased. From now on, private households will receive 1,000 euros and associations will receive 5,000 euros.

A heart-shaped logo features the text "HOCHWASSER HILFE" in bold red letters, suggesting support for flood relief. An arrowed phrase at the bottom reads "JETZT SPENDEN!" encouraging immediate donations. The color gradient transitions from pink to yellow, enhancing the message of urgency and compassion.

District Administrator Dietmar Allgaier emphasized the importance of this increase: "Thanks to the impressive willingness of our citizens, companies and institutions to donate, we are able to significantly increase our aid. This enables us to provide even more targeted and comprehensive help to those affected," said the District Administrator. "My heartfelt thanks go to everyone whose donations and commitment are helping us to alleviate the suffering of many of those affected."

Communities and churches receive 5,000 euros for facilities

The increase in the lump sum also applies to applicants who have already received donations. Applicants who have received 300 euros will therefore automatically receive a further allocation of 700 euros.

Associations, municipalities and churches will now also receive a lump sum of 5,000 euros for affected facilities such as kindergartens. Each institution and municipality can only submit one application.

The increased aid money is emergency aid. The funds will be used for urgent repairs, replacement purchases and the restoration of destroyed equipment.

This donation campaign is a joint initiative of the districts of Ludwigsburg and Göppingen as well as the Rems-Murr district and the Ostablkreis district. Those affected from the


district of Ludwigsburg can contact the Ludwigsburg district office via the link below and apply for a donation. The donations will be paid out as emergency aid in the district of Ludwigsburg. If the donation funds are exhausted, the date of receipt of the application is decisive.
