Encounter and exchange: German-Israeli teachers' seminar - New Chairman of the Upper Galilee visits

At the end of May, the district of Ludwigsburg hosted a special symbol of a living partnership: A German-Israeli teachers' seminar brought together a total of 14 Israeli teachers and school administrators as well as their German colleagues at the Pädagogisch-Kulturelles Centrum (PKC) Freudental. The aim of the meeting was to strengthen the educational policy dialog, exchange experiences and deepen existing school partnerships between the Ludwigsburg district and the Upper Galilee in Israel.

An individual item on his agenda also took him to Ludwigsburg Hospital, as part of the existing partnership with the Israeli hospital "Ziv Medical Center Zefat".

Education connects: Teachers' seminar with a lasting impact

The Israeli teachers come from four different schools that maintain partnerships with German schools in the Ludwigsburg district. On the German side, teachers from five partner schools and from Helene-Lange-Gymnasium Markgröningen took part - a further partnership is being considered.
