Start of training at the district administration office: 17 trainees start their careers

A total of 17 trainees recently started their careers at the district administration office. District Administrator Dietmar Allgaier welcomed the trainees and said: "You will look back fondly on your training period, because it is one of the best parts of your professional life."

A diverse group of 20 individuals stands in a casual arrangement on a stone pavement. In the center, a man in a suit smiles, surrounded by men and women of various ages, dressed in a mix of casual and formal attire.

Two trainees want to become administrative assistants, five are aiming to become civil servants in the intermediate non-technical administrative service, six have decided to become civil servants in the higher civil service and three are aiming to become surveying technicians. One person has opted for the new "Bachelor of Arts - Digital Administration Management" course.

Introduction days were held at the start of training in compliance with hygiene regulations and social distancing rules: The program included a get-to-know-you session with a shared lunch, a Segway tour through Ludwigsburg city center and geocaching as team-building activities. Training manager Georgios Sidiropoulos also gave tips for a successful start to working life.

Although the training year has only just begun, the application process for training from 2021 is already underway. Anyone who applies by October 1, 2020, has the chance of a qualified and exciting apprenticeship at one of the largest training companies in the district. If you have any questions, please contact training manager Georgios Sidiropoulos on 07141 144-42936.
