Start of training at the district administration office: 14 trainees begin their careers

14 trainees recently started their careers at the district administration office. District Administrator Dr. Rainer Haas welcomed the trainees and said: "If you enjoy your work, everything will go more smoothly for you." Two trainees want to become administrative assistants, four are aiming to become civil servants in the intermediate non-technical administrative service, four have decided to become civil servants in the higher civil service, three are aiming to become surveying technicians or geomatics technicians and one trainee wants to become a road warden.

A diverse group of 20 people stands together outdoors in front of lush, rounded hedges. They are dressed in various formal and casual attire, smiling and posing for the photo, suggesting a celebratory or formal occasion.

Introductory days were held at the start of the training: The program included a get-to-know-you session, a joint cooking experience, a "Segway tour" through Ludwigsburg city centre, team-building games in the climbing forest, a tour of the Baden-Württemberg state parliament, archery and geocaching. The trainees also received tips for a successful start to their careers.

On October 1 and November 1, a total of five more trainees will join the team. This means that the district administration office has been able to fill all of its training positions this year.

Although the training year has only just begun, the application process for training from 2020 is already underway. Anyone who applies by October 1, 2019 has the chance of a qualified and, above all, exciting apprenticeship at one of the district's major training companies. If you have any questions, please contact training manager Georgios Sidiropoulos on 07141 144-42936.
