Michael Werner, the new dean in Ludwigsburg, recently paid his inaugural visit to District Administrator Dietmar Allgaier at the Ludwigsburg district hall.

Two men are standing side by side in a well-lit indoor space with plants in the background. One man is wearing a dark suit with a tie, while the other is in a lighter suit with a striped tie. Both are smiling and appear to be engaged in conversation.

The dean and district administrator talked about the numerous points of contact between the district and the Protestant Church and Diaconia. These include the care homes, debt counseling and the youth welfare office, but also the Sonnenhof in Schwäbisch Hall - a facility for the disabled, of which Werner was previously a board member, and which also accommodates beneficiaries from the district of Ludwigsburg. District Administrator Dietmar Allgaier wished Dean Werner all the best for his new role and is looking forward to working with him in the future.

Michael Werner took up his post on September 1, and the 59-year-old was formally appointed on September 19 in a church service in the town church.
