As part of the "KinoKaffeeFilm" series, the moving film "Der Spitzname" will be shown at 2.30 pm. After "Der Vorname" and "Der Nachname", "Der Spitzname" is the third film in a series that combines family conflicts with humorous elements. The comedy revolves around Anna and Thomas, who invite their family on a short trip to Tyrol to celebrate their wedding , but family tensions and personal secrets put the planned wedding in jeopardy.

Osteoporosis - experts provide information and answer questions about bone health

Before and after the film, Alessa Polziehn and Filiz Ugur from the district council's health department explain the disease osteoporosis. As the name suggests, osteoporosis is a disease in which bone mass and density decrease. This causes the bones to become porous, which increases the risk of fractures. In Germany, almost six million people currently suffer from osteoporosis. Older people and women after the menopause are particularly frequently affected.

What are the typical risk factors for osteoporosis? What are the symptoms? How can I strengthen my bones and prevent osteoporosis? The experts will answer these and other questions after the film.

The price of 8 euros includes admission to the movie and coffee or tea. The event is a cooperation between the Stadtseniorenrat Ludwigsburg e.V., the Central Filmtheater Ludwigsburg and the health department of the district administration.
