All good things come in threes - starting signal for the third part of the District Olympics

The district Olympics have already seen masterful cooking and competing against each other in the "snail race". And today? "I see what you don't see" is the name of this third discipline of the fun Olympics. As the fifth season is just around the corner, this time it's all about dressing up.

The three participating towns of Bönnigheim, Gerlingen and Markgröningen are faced with a task that certainly won't make a thoroughbred jester tremble. The aim is to come up with disguises that fit in well with the respective town. There are no limits to creativity - a Marbacher could, for example, dress up as Friedrich Schiller or as the Neckar or anything else that suits the town.

Citizens' ingenuity is called for

On November 14, 2023, the residents will be able to present their self-designed costumes to the city administration. The cities will then have time to select their three favorites. From 4 p.m., they will be connected to the Ludwigsburg district administration via video conference - whether from the citizens' hall, a hall or another location.

However, it is not only the costumes themselves that are important, but also the way in which they are presented. It is the "overall municipal package" that counts, so to speak, i.e. the mayors and representatives of the municipalities can also tip the scales with a clever presentation show.

The prize is a special guided tour of Ludwigsburg Residential Palace

The winners can look forward to a special guided tour of Ludwigsburg Residential Palace. We wish all participating residents lots of fun and success in the "I see what you don't see" discipline of the District Olympics!
