The Jobcenter Landkreis Ludwigsburg's successful series of applicant days will continue this spring. The company advisory service and the apprenticeship placement service of the Ludwigsburg district job center are once again organizing an event on Tuesday, 26 February 2019. It starts at 2 p.m. in the conference area of the district hall, Hindenburgstraße 40, 71638 Ludwigsburg, and is aimed at young people and young adults who are looking for an apprenticeship. At the applicant day, they will have the opportunity to talk directly to the companies and find out about training opportunities. Participants are advised to bring application documents with them, which they can present directly to a potential employer if necessary. The job center will provide information about additional unfilled training positions in the district.

The applicant days are an initiative within the framework of the Ludwigsburg District Job Center's apprenticeship placement service. They offer companies the opportunity to present themselves and find suitable people for vacant apprenticeship positions - among other things as part of so-called speed dating. In turn, those looking for training have the opportunity to find out about various sectors and training occupations and come into contact with the companies directly and in a more relaxed atmosphere than in an official job interview.

Various companies and institutions from the district of Ludwigsburg will be represented at the applicant day on February 26 and will introduce themselves to visitors at stands and with presentations.

In addition, those seeking training can have their application documents professionally checked by Jobcenter staff. Anyone who does not yet have a suitable picture to hand can have their photo taken during the applicant day and collect the finished application photos the next day from a photo studio in Ludwigsburg. The successful event format has been around since 2012 and is popular with both employers and young people. The job application day is a service provided by the Ludwigsburg district job center. Its purpose is to provide tailored information and placement for young people looking for an apprenticeship and to reduce the effort companies have to put into recruiting staff.

The Ludwigsburg District Job Center would like to point out that many qualified young people who are looked after by the district center are still looking for a training place. Interested training companies can contact the Jobcenter Landkreis Ludwigsburg on 07141 144-2222.
