Whether woven, knitted, braided or felted - the exhibition makes the diversity of textile design visible. The results include unusual objects such as reinterpreted items of clothing or everyday objects that have been transformed into textile works of art. Some works only reveal themselves at second glance and invite you to take a closer look.
The SCHULKUNST program of the state of Baden-Württemberg has been promoting artistic and aesthetic education in schools since 1985. Every year, up to 500 schools of all types take part in the program.
