Culinary specialties are available in the outdoor area with Saxon specialties, s'Esele beer, dinnede and chocolate crêpes. Tripe and sour kidneys from the Koppe gourmet manufactory are brand new additions to the range.

No fewer than 15 new stand operators will be enriching the Spätlingsmarkt 2025. In the atrium, the Umbach nursery will be presenting fresh herbs, oils, teas and hemp products. The Forsthof winery and the Munz organic butcher's shop will be showcasing the organic sample region. NABU will be providing information about biodiversity at a new stand and offering activities for children. Also new is "Die Weinbande" from Asperg with wine tastings to take away or enjoy at home.

On level 9 of Hindenburgstraße 40, fiery flavors beckon: Chilimanufaktur serves hot chocolate with a hint of chili and vegetarian "Chili sin Carne". Artisan Göhringer will also be exhibiting handmade wooden items. Merkles Hof on level 7 offers cold-pressed oils, apple juice, quinoa, chia, flour and more from regional cultivation.

A special highlight on level 5 is the offer from Israel: YARA Fashion & Art enchants with floral designs, for example on pictures and calendars, while Adi Zlotogora presents jewelry and ceramics. Kunsthandwerk Christ on level 4 with gift items and home accessories is also a new addition.

Wine and gourmet route: the district shows taste

In 2025, the popular wine route will be extended to become the "Wine and Gourmet Route" for the first time. Visitors can enjoy the region's best wines and culinary specialties, including wines from Domäne Monrepos - Weingut Herzog von Württemberg, WeinGut Schütz and Felsengartenkellerei.

A brand new addition: stand operators from Bergamo, who will be presenting the finest Italian cheeses - along with polenta, panna cotta and crème caramel. Also new: Uli and Corinna Maute from Swabia, who will be offering truffle spaghetti from a Parmesan cheese wheel and chocolate truffles.
