New state corona ordinance in force since Friday: curfews for non-immunized people no longer apply in the district

New rules came into force on Friday (28.01.22) with the country's new Corona Ordinance. Only the second-highest alert level now applies. Overall, the measures have been relaxed slightly.

For the district of Ludwigsburg, this means that the curfews for non-immunized people that came into force last Sunday no longer apply, as the incidence in the five previous days was below 1,500 new infections per 100,000 inhabitants.

Only the 2G rule now applies in restaurants, museums and sports facilities. In hairdressers and barbershops, non-immunized persons will no longer have to present a negative PCR test: A negative rapid antigen test is sufficient.

The following applies to private gatherings and private events: A household can meet with up to two other people from another household. Immunized persons, persons up to and including 13 years of age and persons who cannot be vaccinated for medical reasons or for whom there is no vaccination recommendation are not included. Couples who do not live together count as one household.

In addition, the FFP-2 mask requirement has now been extended to public transport. This applies to passengers aged 18 and over.
