For the first time, the district will be represented at the training and study fair in Stuttgart in order to reach motivated school pupils and prospective students directly. Visitors to the stand can expect not only comprehensive information on numerous training and study courses, but also personal discussions with employees who will talk about their everyday lives.
"Training fairs - especially in Stuttgart - are very important for us because we can address many young people directly. We want to do away with the cliché of outdated administration, show our diversity and be visible, approachable and attractive as a modern employer. Administration today offers more future than you might think," emphasizes training manager Stephanie Brand.
To coincide with its participation in the trade fair, the Ludwigsburg District Office is extending the application deadline for the 2026 start of training until30. November 2025 (originally October 31, 2025). Interested parties can submit their application directly after a personal interview at the trade fair stand.
Helping to shape administration instead of just watching
Prospective trainees can choose from a wide range of professions and degree courses at the Ludwigsburg district - from administrative assistant to technical professions to degree courses in social work or public management. "Training in administration is like taking a look behind the scenes of society - except that you are not a spectator, but an active participant," says Brand.
