Other relaxations include:
- A maximum of 25 people are allowed to meet (vaccinated and recovered people are not counted. Couples who do not live together count as one household).
- Private events such as birthdays or wedding celebrations with a maximum of 300 people are permitted outdoors and in closed rooms - but only in closed rooms with "3G", i.e. demonstrably vaccinated, recovered or tested.
- Public events such as theater, opera, concerts, flea markets, city festivals, etc. as well as competitive sporting events may have a maximum of 1,500 visitors outdoors - if the number of people exceeds 300, masks must be worn. In closed rooms, a maximum of 500 people are allowed, also with a mask requirement. Alternatively, a maximum of 30 percent of the capacity or a maximum of 60 percent of the capacity without distancing requirements is possible with 3G.
- Catering and entertainment venues can be operated without special regulations and without restrictions on the number of people
A hygiene concept and data processing are required for private and public events, sporting competitions, restaurants and entertainment venues.
Remain in place:
- The medical mask requirement from the age of six (exceptions: Persons who cannot wear a mask for health reasons and can prove this with a medical certificate; in closed rooms at private meetings, private parties, in restaurants, canteens, refectories and cafeterias while eating and drinking and while doing sports; outdoors only if the minimum distance of 1.5 meters to other people can be maintained at all times) and
- The rapid and self-tests (required for certain services and offers) must not be older than 24 hours (free citizen tests or offers from employers, schools and service providers can be used for this purpose; persons to be tested may have a rapid test approved for laypersons carried out and certified on themselves under supervision, for example by service providers or employers; schoolchildren may present a negative test certified by the school that is no more than 60 hours old; asymptomatic children up to and including the age of five are not required to test).
