Please note that the County District Office only accepts legal remedies (objection or appeal) electronically via the De-Mail channel in the transmission version with confirmed secure registration in accordance with § 5 Paragraph 5 of the De-Mail Act. An ordinary e-mail is not sufficient. Letter post is still permitted.
In all other respects, the transmission of electronic documents via the above-mentioned channels is expressly open. Encrypted documents (this does not mean e-mail transport encryption) will only be accepted in individual cases where the express agreement between the District Office and the sender has been obtained.

Night mailbox
Time-limited applications that have to be submitted at short notice can be deposited in the night mailbox of the County District Office at the main entrance (Hindenburgstraße 40).

Parking garage for visitors, access via Eugenstr. (subject to charges)
Underground car park in Hindenburgstr. 30 (subject to charges)
Parking garage, access via Alt-Württemberg-Allee (for visitors with car registration)
Parking spaces in front of the County District Media Centre (only for users of equipment rental)
Bicycle parking spaces
There are covered parking spaces for bicycles and pedelecs in front of the County District Office. Pedelec batteries can be charged at the Citizen Information counter.
Disabled parking spaces and toilets
Disabled parking spaces are available in the underground car park; note that the ramp is steeper than 6%. Disabled parking also available directly in front of the County District Office.
Disabled toilets: ground floor, levels 4 and 6: accessible from the right, handles fixed on both sides (limited access)
