Sub-department 23

The areas for which the Waste Charges sub-department is responsible includes in particular the assessment of waste charges for domestic and commercial waste, the calculation of charges and the preparation of statutes, the ordering and exchange of containers, the exemption of businesses from public waste collection and the prosecution of administrative offences against the Waste Management Statutes.

In addition, the Sub-department of Waste Charges together with the Waste recycling corporation of the county of Ludwigsburg mbH (AVL) is involved in the preparation of the waste management concept for the county.
